Travis,
Great job taking whatever steps you did to find your readers those results, but you could have been a day sooner and had a dollar saved by just checking your e-mail.
At 10:52 on Saturday night, you were sent the full Super Late Model results from Concord, along with a press release and quote from Ben.
Just checked in the outbox and it is there in black and white. Since you wanted to share the process of newsgathering with your readers this morning, I figured it would be best for them to once again know the rest of the story.

Mike --
Been on a hunting trip all weekend, and didn't have any chance to check any email. Haven't been to the office in days, and certainly won't apologize for that!
I just wanted to post something in case people were looking. Chill out, dude.
If you want to bash me or the blog or my work -- feel free to do it elsewhere...

My apologies.
I had thought that like you've written about twice before, that was a crack at who distributes the press releases.
I misunderstood your comment and jumped the gun. So I'm sorry for my response.

Can we have a steel cage match with you two on the front stretch before the 250 next year? If we start promoting it now it could be huge!
Happy Thanksgiving!
