Mike Rowe will not be back to run the TD Banknorth 250 at Oxford Plains, and it's expected that Ben Rowe, the PASS points leader, will also stay north of the border. Although, stranger things have happened.

Tracy Gordon of Strong was expected to fill in for Mike Rowe in his No. 24 at Oxford on Sunday, but word after practice was that it's not a done deal. In fact, Quebec's Patrick Laperle, who competes in both PASS and ACT races, took both Lux Enterprises cars out during final practice on Saturday at OPS. One team member said Laperle was thinking of parking his own car on Sunday and running Rowe's in the Oxford 250.
