I mean, if it qualifies as "big news," that tells you all about J.J. Yeley's Nextel Cup Series career to this point, doesn't it?

You must really hate this kid, you blast him every chance you get.
Some of us could say the same thing about your CAREER..
Top of the Charts in motorsports coverage you are, with an attitude like this you will soon have as many friends as Bill Ryan...
It's that attitude that I love about him
It's called a "sense of humor."
OH but it has a hint of attitude you have to admit. That's why I read this blog. You say exactly what's on your mind.
ok point taken!, but seems no-one ever writes about how overhyped the LITTLE red machine is. Just wonder why no writers have the balls to call that spade a spade?
Any reason you don't post your first name? Just curious. I'm pretty sure based on other stuff I've read on this blog, he's got the balls to call a spade a spade.
But now that he's NOT in the Chase, maybe we can watch the full race and not have him in the split screen, or be in his car, etc., etc.
I agree, be nice to see whole race.. when we watch
I think I've only written 2 or 3 things in my life about Earnhardt Jr. I agree, his career warrants nowhere near the attention he gets.
We all know if it weren't for his last name (and that's not necessarily a knock on him), he wouldn't get the same attention.
That being said, if I wrote about him all the time and the way he's covered -- wouldn't I then be doing exactly what you hate so much? Wouldn't I just be heaping too much attention on the No. 8?

And, yeah, J., it's got some attitude.
But I swear, I only posted the Yeley thing this morning because I thought it funny after the firestorm on the blog this week about the driver of the No. 18, that That's Racin opted to write about him in light of a rare top-10 last night.
Oh, the irony...
